Our Team

Tori Lewis, BA, BSW, MSW, RSW (She/Her)

Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

At the heart of her practice, Tori is deeply committed to creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard and validated. She understands that the healing process is deeply personal, often non-linear, and can be full of both progress and setbacks. Tori takes a collaborative approach with her clients, meeting them where they are at and honoring their unique needs.

She recognizes that no single therapeutic approach works for everyone, and as such, she partners with clients to explore a combination of strategies that best support their growth and healing. Whether clients are looking to address immediate concerns, build emotional resilience, or foster more fulfilling relationships, Tori’s flexible and person-centered approach ensures that each person’s therapeutic journey is uniquely suited to their needs and goals.

Through this collaborative, compassionate work, Tori helps clients cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of connection, both to themselves and to others.

Who am I?

After reading about who I am as a therapist and my approach, it is important to catch a glimpse of who I am as a person:

I’m deeply passionate about the outdoors and the healing power of nature. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or simply spending time in green spaces, I believe that connecting with nature offers a unique sense of peace and grounding. Nature has a way of reminding us to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves in a meaningful way.

Animals, especially dogs, are a soft spot for me. I think the human-animal bond is like no other.
